Nancy Cameron

Nancy was Playmate of the Month for January 1974 – Playboy’s 20th anniversary Playmate. Her pictorial was titled O Lucky Girl!

Nancy was born March 15, 1954 in Pittsburgh, PA. She hails from a family of gymnasts: Her mother was an instructor while both Cameron and her sister have won numerous trophies for their athletic achievements. She was working for her boyfriend, a promoter, at the time of her Playmate of the Month pictorial. Before that, she had been a dental assistant in a small town in Pennsylvania.

Nancy has the distinction of being the only Playmate with a double-sided centerfold, with both her nude front and back visible. In 1976, she impersonated one of the models in Georges Seurat’s painting “A Sunday Afternoon at the Ile de la Grande Jatte” for May Playboy cover.

Following her pictorial, Nancy made guest appearances on several episodes of “Charlie’s Angels,” appeared in the pilot for “Fantasy Island” and had a small role in the made-for-TV movie “Three on a Date.”

According to “The Playmate Book: Five Decades of Centerfolds,” Nancy broke up with her boyfriend, moved to California, and eventually to New York, where she married, had a daughter and divorced.

As of 2009, Nancy was teaching college composition at the University of Pittsburgh.
